Refund for Canceled Order
If you cancel your order for personal reasons before it is shipped, the transaction fee incurred for the order will NOT be borne by us and will be automatically deducted when we refund you.
If the order is cancelled for our reasons (e.g. out of stock, No delivery for more than five working days, etc.) we will cover the Paypal fees for the order transaction and you will receive a full refund.
If you request to cancel your order after we have shipped it, we may not able to intercept the package after 6 hours of shipment. Pls do not refuse packages even if you don't want the hair anymore, we can't offer a 100% refund if the package was refused without contacting our customer service. In this case please refer to our return refund policy, you may need to return the package at first. For more details please check our Return Policy
Refund for Return Order
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How To Return & Refund
- Submit a return request by email: firstname.lastname@example.org to the Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the order number, reason for the return, and pictures for verification.
- Once we have approved your request, we will send you the return instruchtions. Pls return the goods to the specified address within 30 days of receiving the return form (We advise you use USPS/Royal Mail for your return).
- Grawwhair will issue a full refund after we confirmed the item condition and did has the issues stated in the return request. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 2-15 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank).
- Pls note that 30 days are counted from the day the package is signed for.
- Pls note that The return shipping fee is afforded by the buyer.
- Pls note that customized hair (Including wigs & bundles, Like customized color or wig size cap) can not be returned or exchanged.
- Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
- Pls note that items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- PLEASE FOLLOW OUR RETURN INSTRUCTIONS!! We will not be responsible for any high customs duties, customs seizures or losses!!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
All gifts in the package need to be returned, otherwise the value of the gift will be automatically deducted when refunding.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
